Q&A
1. What qualifications or certifications do you have as a life coach?
I was 19 years old when I began to study Philosophy. It has been a continuous process of growth and learning since I gradually continued to gain more certificates by scientifically discovering life in all its aspects. I have had the opportunity to experience different cultures and mentalities, which has equipped me with multiple skills to handle life's various challenges. Acquiring effective tools to deal with difficult situations, allowed me to grow and know that it's never one reason that plays a role in failing or succeeding, but rather a combination of reasons. Therefore, I am eager to share this “know-how” with you. If you wish to review my certificates, please click here.
2. What is your coaching philosophy and approach?
Roots are important to explore:
As a life coach, my philosophy is to help my clients discover the causes of any situation that might be affecting them. By identifying the root problem, we can work together to effectively deal with and overcome the issue. My approach is to make my clients assertive and confident when it comes to ruling their lives. I can help them know what they want, work hard for it, and love to be able to keep it.

I offer several coaching programs tailored to meet each individual's need: the first program is “Reconstruct Your Life”, the second program is “Healing Coaching," and the third program is a mixture of both programs which focuses on healing the heart and the soul. The mixed program identifies the inner damage and pain in a person’s life, whether on a physical or psychological level (Body and soul are strongly intertwined). During our coaching sessions, we work together on the root causes of issues and develop a plan to overcome them. The structure of

During each session, I remain attentive to my client's words, voice, emotions, and body language, allowing me to better assess his/her response.
