“Stress Less” is a supportive community designed for people who are seeking to connect with each other and express themselves.
Led by master coach Anna aria, this group is held once at the end of each month to provide guidance and support. Together, we share and discuss our uncertainties, fear, and stress: through sharing, life becomes lighter and the mind becomes brighter.
Through a combination of psychology, philosophy, and coaching principles, “Stress Less” empowers participants to navigate life’s challenges, by exchanging ideas and developing resilience.
Join our support group to fill up gaps in your life, feel free to invite your friends, and have the courage to fit better in any environment you might find yourself in. You can only become stronger by creating strong connections and bonding with different mentalities.
Isolation is the key to addiction: each time you interact with others, you are lowering your stress level and expanding new horizons.
Who is it for:
- This group is intended for people who need to feel surrounded and lively. While isolation is a silent killer, connection is the prior key to survival.
- For people who want to heal their mind, body, and soul through constant follow-up.
- Sharing your troubles and fears with empathy, is by itself, the strongest tool to empower your personality against struggles and overthinking.
How does it work:
- Group Sessions: Regular gatherings for sharing experiences, asking questions, and having guidance.
- Expert Insights: Insights from an experienced master coach incorporating psychology, philosophy, Reiki, hypnotherapy, and CBT principles.
- Personalized Support: Tailored assistance to meet individual needs, and overcome stress by understanding more.
- Continuous Follow-up: Ongoing support to ensure progress and well-being.
- The program is held twice a month with a minimum number of 10 attendees.
- The fees are $40 per month, and there will be two gatherings of 10 people each month for discussions.
