Description:

Coaching is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.

 Scope of Services:

-The Coach will provide coaching or tele coaching (online) services, collaboratively designed with the Client to assist in achieving personal growth.

-The Coach helps the Client to regain his self-esteem and every other tool that is needed in order to recover balance and right track of life: wellbeing, decisions, choices, actions and results.

Not a Substitute for Medical Help:

The Client acknowledges that coaching is not a replacement for psychiatric help or medication. The Coach is not a licensed therapist or medical professional.

Coach-Client Relationship:

1. Coach agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behavior acknowledged internationally.
2. Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and his/her coaching calls and interactions with the Coach. As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach.

3. Client further acknowledges that he/she may terminate or discontinue the coaching relationship at any time with no possibility of refund of any advanced payment made to the Coach.
4. Client acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of his or her life, including, family matters, environment and lack of self-confidence issues, self-esteem concerns, lack of happiness, stress of life, wellness and self-balanced tools, relationships, education and recreation. The Client agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching principles into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively the Client’s responsibility.

Exploration and Support:

The Coach will use questions and inquiries to help the Client identify and understand current challenges and underlying reasons.

Honest Communication and Planning:

An honest and open communication between the Client and Coach is required. The Coach will engage in direct and personal conversations to establish a customized plan of work.

The Client has the obligation to stick to his primary subject discussed with the Coach during the first twenty minutes free session. If it happens, for any reason, that the Client changes the main object of the discussion, the Coach has the right to stop the current session or the program chosen by the Client without any refund.

Coaching Program:

The Coaching Program is chosen and approved by the Client. It may entail:

1. Reconstruct your life
2. Coaching Healing

The specific coaching program and the number of sessions will be chosen and approved by the Client. Both programs consist of approximately 15 to 20 sessions (session of 1 hour), as per the Client’s needs. (Period time varies from 1 to 3 months).

Session by session:

Each session (consisting of one hour) apart.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

• In no event shall the Coach be liable for any damages for any indirect, consequential or special damages.
• Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to the Coach under this Agreement for all coaching services rendered through and including the termination date.
• The Coach, hereby, makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied, with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered.
• The Coach is not liable for any decision made by the Client during or after the coaching process. The Client takes full responsibility for their actions and choices.

CONFIDENTIALITY

– All terms and conditions of this Agreement and any materials provided during the term of the Agreement must be kept confidential by the Client, unless the disclosure is required pursuant to process of law.

– Disclosing or using this information for any purpose beyond the scope of this Agreement, or beyond the exceptions set forth above, is expressly forbidden without the prior consent of the Coach.

–  The Coach assures the Client that all information shared during coaching sessions will be held strictly confidential.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Hereby, the Client agrees that any intellectual property provided to him/her by the Coach will remain the sole property of the Coach, including, but not limited to, copyrights, patents, trade secret rights, and other intellectual property rights associated with any ideas, concepts, techniques, inventions, processes, works of authorship, confidential information or trade secrets. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that all booklets and coaching materials shared with him/her by the Coach throughout either Programs’ sessions (Reconstruct Your Life and Coaching Healing) will remain the latter property and are forbidden to be shared or forwarded to any person.

 Fees and Payment:

It is agreed between Parties, that Coaching sessions (each session: 1 hour) are to be paid through the WEBSITE, OMT or WISH money in advance.

Each Program costs: 1500$

One session cost: 120$

Termination:

Either the Client or the Coach may terminate this Agreement at any time with two weeks written notice. Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law:

If a dispute arises out of this Agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, the Client and Coach agree to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days after notice given. If the dispute is not so resolved, and in the event of legal action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover attorney’s fees and court costs from the other party.

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Lebanese laws.
